Great people to deal with very honest
Dream truck turned nightmare. Steer clear at all costs!!! Always dreamt of being able to own and drive a F-350. So when I found one in a price range I could afford, I called immediately. I spoke to "Bob". This was an out of state Craigslist post in Oklahoma. Talked extensively with Vitale Motors, checked the car fax, as well as examined their ad closely. They lie just about everything they are selling. Shop elsewhere people. There advertisement on what there selling is false just to get you there.
Worst experience ever. Told us we had 5 days to get our deposit back. On day 3/5 when we realized they were totally bs’ing us we called to get our money back and the refused and talked to us nasty on the phone for days. Ended up having to file a small claims lawsuit to get our money back.
With all the bad reviews posted not one time has the owner of the dealership made a reply back which lead you to think that all complaints are real
Purchased a Ford Freestar from this dealership in October of 2017 for $4,300. Several months later, the computer system went. Dealer split cost of this repair with me so right out of the gate it was $350 out of my pocket for repairs! Then March of 2019 water pump went. Cost me $700 to fix. November 5th of 2018 was stopped at a traffic light. Car would not move when light changed. This is the worst dealership to go get a van or truck from they won’t get you approved for a 20,000 van with. 4,000 down payment with the 25,00 down payment you can go to another dealership who deals with commercial van and truck they will get you approved in just 30 minutes . Which ever you choose commercial or regular either new or used with low monthly payment . VITALE MOTORS will just waste your time go to ROYAL MOTORCAR . They will take care of you.
Purchased a GMC from here June 29th. Spent $11,000. The very next day the AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and they took over a week to fix it. Fast forward 6 months and the car died on me on the side of the road with my 3 children in the car. The engine is shot and it will cost us $6,000 to replace. My husband is active duty military and leaves on a deployment to the Middle East in 3 months and I am currently without a car.
