We bought our home in 2021. We are so pleased with our home. The quality is fabulous and Shawn our superintendent was fabulous. The pandemic put so much on the builder, but he came through with flying colors. Thanks again. When we decide to build again, we will definitely use Vitale Homes
My brand new home failed the homeowner inspection due to no insulation above certain entire rooms. Vitale send out some losers who did not fix the problem. The other issues are too numerous to type I will add more information later. Stay away from Vitale homes.
Bought a Vitale home for our first home purchase here in FL and definitely happy with the home. It has everything we were looking for and within our price range. It’s not perfect but no new home ever is and the quality is visible. Would definitely recommend!
For a 1st time new building project. The team @ Vitale made it so effortless & pleasing. Ron & Marty walked me along the build step by step from start to finish. Their both very knowledgeable in their respected fields. Any hiccups along the way were addressed accordingly. And we were kept informed of all things . They built us a beautiful home. We highly recommend Vitale Home builders!
We had an amazing experience building our home! Ron and Marty were fantastic to work with, very professional responsive and truly committed to quality. They made the entire process stress tree, always keeping us informed and addressing every detail. The craftsmanship of Vitale Homes exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommended!
