The friendliest nicest staff and crew around
1st timers with a new construction and we’re extremely thankful to Shawn and Jan for making the process as smooth as possible for us. They were attentive throughout and were always there to ease any concerns we had. We love our new Vitale home!!!

Our home took over 2 years to build and their lack of communication throughout the process made it that much worse. Homes that contracted after us were built and completed before ours. Different builders in the same community were completing multiple homes while this builder lingered with ours. Then immediately after closing we had a leak that damaged our ceiling and instead of calling me to coordinate the repairs they let themselves into the home using a spare key they had as if the home was still theirs.
