I was feel miserable from runny noses and sore itchy throat. Thank you for Dr. Jenny Cross. She was very kind and did procedure I don’t know what it call , but i didn’t feel anything just little pressure. The best part the medication. It is magic. She told it going to kick in seven days but it was way faster. The lady in front disk very nice and patient. The doctor assistant also did his job. I really recommend Dr. Jenny Cross. Thank you.
I had a very good experience at the start. The staff is amazing, the doctor and others are knowledgeable. Ended up being a good candidate for a BAJA. But this is where things went wrong. After I went through a CT scan and hearing test, I had 3 appointments to discuss the way forward. In each meeting, I asked when I will know the cost of the surgery. Today was my second visit here for a follow-up. I have seen Dr Derbyshire and while I do not suffer from major issues he takes the time to speak with you and treat you warmly. This office is very efficient and the entire staff has been exceptionally friendly. To receive great service is always important. How one is treated ultimately is what keeps a customer or a patient loyal.
