This man backed up hard into my car in December. A car I'd very much needed after being without one for over a year. Smashing it up broke windshield and did damage to the front wheel and he blew me off. His insurance won't call me back. They gave me a small check 2 months ago, not nearly enough to fix my car or get it replaced. So, some advice, Always call the police if someone crashes into you.
