I have worked in my profession for over 20 years. VitalCore is the worst company I have worked for. I do not recommend this company. Checks were short most of the time. VitalCore says they pay for the holidays but they do not. There is no support from the corporate. This company is significantly understaffed. I worked for VitalCore for a little over a year. It was the most unorganized company I’ve ever worked for. Very under staffed and they take risk leaving one nurse on shifts overnight! And the way they have their pay raise system set up is a gimmick. They also pretend to have compassion but the moment I returned from FMLA to care for my disabled mom, I was suspended ! Don’t work for this company it’s a. Smack in the face.
