Lousy nursing care from this company. Disorganized and arrive late to all appointments. Stay away from this agency.
This company does not understand the words "vital" or "care." They don't return calls, they don't follow through with their commitments, and they show no interest in responding to your needs. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.
Petoskey Vital care has Very Friendly, Fast service, & a wonderful helpful and knowledgeable staff! I was so pleased with this location!! 5 stars!! After going to Cheboygan Vital Care, & having such an unpleasant time with no results. it was a very welcome experience, Because I went in after lunch and the woman opened 10 min late and then without trying - told me that I had to wait to fill a prescription, and that my prescription would be "no good, by the time I was allowed to use it." which was untrue, and she didn't even t... read more
Dropped a script off over a month ago for a walker for an upcoming knee replacement surgery and it still hasn't been filled. I've called several times, left messages without any form of response. Complete and utter incompetence from the staff! Highly recommend going "ELSEWHERE"!!!
Tried for 3 days to get someone on phone,left message got no answer.
