Horrible place, worst customer service I've experienced, they are quick to take your blood, yet they lie and mislead you when it comes to giving your rewards, they make so much profits yet don't take care of their loyal donors, avoid this place like a plague, the red cross and your local hospitals treat you with respect and appreciate your donations unlike these clowns.
