My Doctor submitted a therapeutic script February 24th. After attempting to donate again last week and being told the script was not imputed my doctor resubmitted it. A week later and it is still not imputed. The Phone number for “Special Services” has you on hold for 5 min and then prompts you to leave a message before disconnecting the call. The main Vitalant number says they can’t do anything but transfer me to “Not” so special services. The staff at the location act as if unless you have an appt you’re an annoying burden... read more

If you donate, they’re going to call you nonstop from multiple spam numbers. No matter how many times you block it’ll be a new number. No good deed goes unpunished.
First time at this location. It's a really big place. Being corporate headquarters and all. Anyway, everyone was very friendly and respectful. One of the technicias helped me at the Hayden location, nice to see a familiarface. We'll have to start going to this location from now on because it was so much easier to park.
Vitalant's spam callers are the reason I do not donate blood anymore
