The staff was very professional and friendly. The person that processed my donation was very knowledgeable. The process was painless and quick for what it is.
Very friendly staff. So clean, convenient, informative. I myself couldn't donate but I envy the donors who do. Donors are provided refreshments before and after.
Donated for the first time during the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce blood drive in the Bloodmobile, had a great first experience with staff that were quick and efficient while also being friendly and able to answer all questions i had :)
