As a 17-year-old first-time donor, I came to Vitalant Blood Donation- Villa Park excited to contribute to a meaningful cause. I had prepared thoroughly by following all the guidelines listed on the website and through my research, but my experience was far from positive. The staff member assisting me was rude and unprofessional from the start.
