Donated blood, was supposed to receive Arizona Cardinals tickets. Have sent several emails, no response. Called and the AI chat bot sent me to voicemail. Donate to the Red Cross instead.
Terrible people, terrible service, terrible organization. Wicked in every possible way
Turned away with an appointment during a national blood crisis. No manager to even speak with or phone number to call. Truly sad.
