Terrible people, terrible service, terrible organization. Wicked in every possible way
Turned away with an appointment during a national blood crisis. No manager to even speak with or phone number to call. Truly sad.
This is some of the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never done a blood plasma place cause I wanted to do this for free to help out, but I can’t deal with these guys anymore. Every time for years now they’re just horrible service doesn’t matter who they hire it’s just always as horrible service.
Everyone is super nice. They care about donors and try to make things easy. Also snacks!
