Great experience overall. The staff was professional, efficient, and polite from start to finish. Everything was clean and organized which made the whole process smooth.
This is a nightmare they sound like they’re working on other house they’re half asleep and that you’re extremely bothersome to them. Of course they have an online portal that makes it easier on them so you can do all the work yourself for giving them free blood to make a lot of money off? The customer service is just gone downhill so bad! Maybe try hiring older people that actually wanna work and Not Sure?? excited about working with people !!
Have donated many times at this location. Was actually turned away from donating blood today because “they get busy in the afternoons”. Mind you, it was 10:30 am at the time. Having a hard time understanding why my wife and I are being turned away from volunteering to be poked full of holes (Vitalant’s mandatory finger prick to measure blood iron is archaic and stupid in comparison to their competitors) to give blood to Vitalant which at the end of the day is us handing them money…because they MIGHT get busy later. SPAM ALERT! Prepare to be spammed! I block them a lot but they keep calling from different numbers. Edit: You guys are doing yourselves a disservice by robocalling from different numbers once you are blocked. I won't give blood at Vitalant.
