I tried calling the Santa Rosa, California office to cancel my mother’s appointment set for 9/12/25 as she was having car trouble. After almost 5 minutes of listening to information on Medicare, Social Security, free cell phone offers, Life Alert, etc., I was disconnected.
Easy to donate and organized organization.
Great staff, friendly, welcoming environment. Love the snacks. Was a very simple process. I donated platelets so I was there a while. I've gone back. Highly reccomend! Donate and save a life!
