I have donated Platelets three times this year and every time my experience has been great. Constantly being asked if I need anything during the process and have never gotten any bruises. Very professional staff and I will keep coming here to nate platelets. A special thanks to Selina she has been great.
The people that work here are very friendly and are great at their job. Their also very gentle when inserting the needle. I've been donating blood here for years because they do such a great job. I will continue to donate here and highlh recommend.
My experience at the mobile blood bank in El Dorado was very distressing. The phlebotomy itself was poorly handled. I was poked multiple times, which resulted in a large hematoma and significant bruising. Ultimately, they were unable to draw an adequate amount of blood for donation because the vein stopped flowing and appeared to clot after repeated attempts.
