Wonderful staff! Very caring and they ensure your comfort throughout your time at the center.
I went in to donate blood. I couldn’t do it yesterday but had to come back today. I have not been more impressed with staff members in quite some time. I want to say Maggie, Matt, and Chelsey gave near excellent customer service. The process was smooth, and these guys answered all my questions. Maggie above all made me feel like it was her pleasure to provide service to me. I appreciate her for that.
Have called my phone for years after I told them I am no longer qualified to give blood. I hate this company. I hate Mistry and Carol that recorded their messages, I've talked to several of their people saying they would take me off their list. I block numbers it wont stop.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. My overall experience donating blood was positive. But it's been several weeks since, and I keep getting spamed by Vitalant to get me to keep donating blood. They even called me while I was working to guilt trip me into donating platelets as soon as possible, to "save a life." I do blue collar work so I can't just abandon a job site to go donate, which I probably shouldn't even do just a few weeks after donating blood.
