Professional and caring team. For those complaining about them constantly “spamming” your phone, think about what their mission is. Blood donations are critical and not enough people do them. They are trying to do a good thing. Just say no thank you if you can’t donate at that time. It’s not a big deal.
Getting an appointment takes longer than an act of Congress. In addition to that there are generally two chairs available and one always has faulty equipment. Gave blood once four years ago and they call me twice a day at the very least. They do a better job of stalking you than actually collecting life saving blood. Lazy and annoying. Nadine is amazing and very friendly! I was donating platelets, and my original phlebotomist disappeared. I started to feel sick, but Nadine jumped in to help. I appreciate her taking the time, stopping her tasks, and taking care of patients! Miesha was also very helpful and kind as well, she also jumped in to help
