Pretty much always had a positive blood donation experience at the North Spokane center - efficient and friendly staff. But Vitalant’s customer service is terrible. No consistency in awarding earned reward points, and more than once I did not receive the advertised gift card reward, despite following the terms. And no response at all to the 2 emails I sent to their customer service. It’s march 19th at 6:40 whoever drives your vehicles is absolutely looking to cause an accident. Pulled out right in front of me while I was going the speed limit (45) plate number is D65331A if they work like they drive I would never recommend this place.
Great place to give life saving blood. Friendly staff. And you get treats after giving blood, :):). Please consider giving bood. You will save lives by giving something that is so easy to part with. It really feels good to know that you are helping someone during their time of need!
Never had a bad experience at this donor site. Friendly, caring staff. I noticed a bad review 10 months ago about taking too much time. This isn't a fast food place where you get your food in 10 minutes. This is a much needed organization to collect life saving blood! It takes time and expertise to do this job and make sure of the safety precautions are met. The person who wrote the review was totally out of line.
