Super nice staff and very good experience.
Pretty much always had a positive blood donation experience at the North Spokane center - efficient and friendly staff. But Vitalant’s customer service is terrible. No consistency in awarding earned reward points, and more than once I did not receive the advertised gift card reward, despite following the terms. And no response at all to the 2 emails I sent to their customer service. It’s march 19th at 6:40 whoever drives your vehicles is absolutely looking to cause an accident. Pulled out right in front of me while I was going the speed limit (45) plate number is D65331A if they work like they drive I would never recommend this place.
