I donated blood there several times and had no problem. The last time she missed my vein? Not sure what happened but it was awful. I went back to show them my arm and they told me “we told you that you would get a bruise” I wasn’t being confrontational I just wanted them to see the seriousness. I will never go there again. I will donate some place else. This took 3 weeks to heal.

Today I went to this location to go and donate blood. When I entered I was asked if I had a reservation, when I said no, on the vitalant website it stated that walk ins were welcome, one of the ladies sitting in the front desk snickered at me. I felt unwelcome and felt like I was treated worse because I didn't speak English very well. Overall I felt very unwanted by the workers in the front desk. I will look for another location since it is my biggest goal to donate blood but definently not at this place.
