Everyone was very professional and kind. I would definitely go back to this location.
I do not know much about the Memphis location but do not give this company your personal information. I have told them countless times that I now donate at another center and do not call me. They continue to ignore my request and call several times a week.
Not sure how these people stay in business. I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence at a medical facility. Find somewhere else to make blood donations.
