I have been to this facility a few times and was always made feel welcome however today I was in shock at how rude the woman in the front desk was I didnt catch her name but she was wearing a black fleece jacket that said Dallas cowboys on it. She was passive aggressive dry and tried to discourage me from donating today. So much to the point that I had to ask her if she was denying my donation! Mala experiencia con ellos. Llame con anterioridad y programe cita para donar sangre, les conté toda mi situación y pregunté que si podía donar y me dijeron que si que no habría ningún problema. My 17 yr old has been a donor for 2 years now. I took my child to the location to possibly donate. While checking my child's iron, the staff had no interest in me; her mother, didn't ask me if I was interested in donating and as soon as I told them I had lupus, it's as if I didn't exist in their establishment. They avoided eye contact, avoided answering a couple of questions I had and didn't even acknowledge I was even there. They get you in and out quick. The staff is usually really nice. My girl Patty must have been having a rough day. When testing my iron she stuck my finger so hard it was like it was personal. 6 hrs later my finger is bruised and still sore.
No lo recomiendo, son racistas.
