Had a really good experience donating here. Lety and Lana were both amazing phlebotomists and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. They were very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly which helped me feel relaxed. You can tell they really care about the people coming in. The staff like them make donating blood a great experience. Definitely recommend this location.
I have been giving blood at your Gurnee location for over 20 years. It is great to see so many great employees carried forward when Life Source was acquired by Vitalant. All employees are so great it does not matter who I deal with ... Lana Arambula is a great team leader along with the All STAR team..
Wonderful location! Always clean and staff are very welcoming, and don’t try to eat my face! I’m an O+ and have to donate monthly.
