The employees here are absolutely horrendous for the most part. I’ve shown up on three separate occasions to try to donate plasma and have been turned away every time. Once was my fault but the two other times I had a small cut on my hand and so they said they couldn’t do it and laughed at me both times. I heard one girl whisper to the other ,”damn, that sucks” and then laugh.. I drove here every time from grass valley over an hour drive and honestly I will not go back…
They are the best!
Don't give your phone number ever. They will call you every week, if you are lucky. If you are unlucky you will be spam called 20 times per day.
ZERO Rating but not able to hit a zero star!!!! Horrible experience!!! Do not use this Vitalant!!!!!! I had an 8:45am appt, was there on time, went into an office for the screening prior to giving blood, that is where the unprofessionalism, disrespect, and rudeness came into play. I am so emotionally upset and cannot give all the intricate details but trust me!! A new screener was asking questions of me while another cross armed Vitalant person was observing her.
