I gave blood a year ago and as lady was getting ready to put a needle in my arm she sneezed causing the needle to go everywhere… causing a lot of blood loss… I told them I would not be going back for said reason… the still call me almost DAILY!! I’ve asked to be take off the list and they straight up deny it… so annoying… never donating here EVER again!

Repeatedly get calls from Vitalent asking for my donation of blood and platlets for cancer patients. Just now I was advised they are 1,000 units behind. I said I am no longer interested and do not feel it’s good for my health. The rep wasn’t taking that answer and told me to pray about it. I said, please take me off the list. She told me to pray about it. Not a good look Vitalent. You don’t get to Bully or intimidate me into a donation. My health and well being is just as important. If these people get your phone number, they will *literally* never stop calling and leaving voicemails. Blocking the number doesn't stop them. Requesting removal from their call lists doesn't stop them. I would strongly advise *never* to give them your phone number.

If you choose to donate to Vitalant, you should do so with full knowledge that they will call you, text you, leave you voicemails and Email you several times a day for years. You can request to be taken off the list, no chance (the law apparently doesn’t apply to them). You can politely explain your distaste of the company to the kind volunteers whom they get to make the calls for them, doesn’t matter. They don’t have any control over the process.
