Amazing team of workers who are always professional and greet you with a smile. The receptionist is always on top of things and really good at her job, as are all of the phlebotomists/RN. They really care and are grateful for donations and want to give you the best and most comfortable experience possible. Thank you for your hard work!!

I gave blood here regularly back when it was BloodSource. What was once an easy volunteer activity is unpleasant now, which unfortunately discourages me from donating. I suppose it's only fair to acknowledge some of my recent bad experiences with Vitalant are probably due to staffing problems from the coronavirus pandemic.
