Excellent staff, from front desk to donation areas. Handled my therapeutic phlebotomy perfectly. Make sure to call ahead if you're a therapeutic patient to get an accurate version of their schedule. Snacks, coffee, and water are provided to donors.
I used to donate blood here, but they were so rude, I stopped going. I signed the documents and the nurse kept saying “you know this is a legal document, right?” like my signature was going to change. They were also very stingy about refreshments after the donation.
Amazing team of workers who are always professional and greet you with a smile. The receptionist is always on top of things and really good at her job, as are all of the phlebotomists/RN. They really care and are grateful for donations and want to give you the best and most comfortable experience possible. Thank you for your hard work!!
