Every time, I donate blood at the Crystal Lake Vitalant the crew does a phenomenal job! They ensure my safety first are very friendly. I had the pleasure of having Horacio as my technician. I didnt even feel the needle!! Thank you to everyone that works there. You guys rock! Edit: They definitely deserve an employee appreciation gift or something!
Update: Again, can't say enough good things about Monica and her team that take such great care of me every time I come in to donate. Sounds weird, but I look forward to getting poked here and schedule my 8 week eligible appointment always right then and there to come in again! Good customer service and active donors are of little importance here. Donate elsewhere.
The entire team is outstanding. Heather and the other two gentlemen were helpful and thankful.
Though I've had the same person do the blood draw both times I've been here it's been a very good experience with no pain during the "poke". As a person who doesn't like needles and gets a little nervous during the process it's nice to have the TVs and conversation to distract.
