No hours posted, can't call on weekends for hours, waste much time going in and finding the place closed. Maybe they should act like a real business if they want donors. It's very, very annoying to waste time and drive miles to find the place closed. If you don't schedule an appointment (due to time constraints, etc.) expect to be annoyed by the lack of service out there. Come onyou want donors. Pretend like you care, at least.
