Last time I was here, and will EVER be here was back in 2023. The phlebotomist messed up on drawing my blood, and blamed it on me for “not drinking enough water”. My arm was bruised afterwards. Along with this, I get non stop calls from this place. I would recommend going somewhere else in order to save yourself from being barraged with phone calls.
I donated with vitalant once years ago and ever since I receive several calls a day asking me to donate. It has become such an irritation that I will never be donating with them again. It’s not necessarily on the canton location that this is happening but unless you want to be bothered by them daily until the end of time, I’d suggest to stay away. Donated blood yesterday and was enlighten with the process, Susie was knowledgeable and walked me through the process, she was pleasant, kind and enjoyed our conversation. Looking forward to my next Donated
The people here are so nice, I came today to donate after the donation I was feeling a bit woozy. They took care of me and were very nice and made good conversation, to make sure I was okay.
