I have been to other Vitalant to centers, and while this is a small center, the staff was efficient and courteous. I had no issues here. The snacks were great, too.

My husband usually schedules his appointments for Saturdays, alternating between Sheridan and Butte. This last Saturday was Butte. He drove to Butte from Alder on horrible roads. Guess what?!?! Sign on the door said sorry we are closed. Sorry?? No call no email just a damn note on the door. You're lucky he is too nice and will continue to donate through you. If it were me....you would have been ghosted. Bad business Vitalant....very bad business. Shame on you.

I am no longer eligible to donate. I tell them that via phone, email and the website. They are calling every day from different phones. They ruined our little towns blood drives with their constant calls.

My wife went in one day to donate blood. They attempted to take her blood but could only get around 12 oz and not the pint that is required to donate. We left and have absolutely no reason to go back. Within days the emails and phone calls started. I blocked the emails and tried to block the phone numbers. Vitalant keeps using different numbers to call us constantly. I tell them every time to remove us from the list. At this point it is pure harassment. Huge mistake going to this place.
