My husband usually schedules his appointments for Saturdays, alternating between Sheridan and Butte. This last Saturday was Butte. He drove to Butte from Alder on horrible roads. Guess what?!?! Sign on the door said sorry we are closed. Sorry?? No call no email just a damn note on the door. You're lucky he is too nice and will continue to donate through you. If it were me....you would have been ghosted. Bad business Vitalant....very bad business. Shame on you.
I am no longer eligible to donate. I tell them that via phone, email and the website. They are calling every day from different phones. They ruined our little towns blood drives with their constant calls.
My wife went in one day to donate blood. They attempted to take her blood but could only get around 12 oz and not the pint that is required to donate. We left and have absolutely no reason to go back. Within days the emails and phone calls started. I blocked the emails and tried to block the phone numbers. I moved out of area and have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list. They never did, so I just blocked their number and they just keep changing the number they call from. I don't have anything against your cause but at this point it's just considered badgering.
Arrived for appointment 10-12 minutes early. Mandy greeted me and was very efficient in getting data needed. Very proficient in needle use. Was a ver quick and efficient process. Would come back if I lived in the area.
