Staff is so kind, but I had an issue with someone I talked to on the phone. I had some questions regarding my eligibility for donation, and was transferred to donor counseling. I explained that I have a higher pulse rate due to a medication, but was cleared to donate by my doctor. The man on the other end told me, “Your doctor should just do it then,” which I told him that my doctor recommended to keep going to Vitalant.
