I’ve been donating here for several years
I understand everyone has bad days and mistakes happen. But, I have donated blood more than 20 times, relatively young and have very good veins. After multiple discussions and debates on which arm to use, going with the right was more suitable. No issues inserting the needle, but once flow slowed down, and two employees attempted to reposition the needle, my arm immediately infiltrated with a great deal of pain. What a wonderful experience. Everyone is grateful you are there and the building is clean! Very kind and supportive when taking blood. Will continue giving blood there.
Just made an appointment for the Schaumburg location and I spoke to JOYCE at the Arlington Heights location which I’ve donated at before. She is awesome and so nice!
