Came in on a Saturday with an appointment.. 1st time to donate. Was not busy, maybe 6 people inside. Staff was incredibly helpful.. great experience...

The actual donation was fine, but the 400 phone calls I've gotten since, despite blocking the ever changing phone numbers, makes me never want to donate again.
I think it’s weird you allow phlebotomists to have long fake nails. The lady who tried to take my blood didn’t get a good stick, probably because of her inch-long claws. She didn’t introduce herself, or ask for any help from anyone else and then just sent me away with no instructions. Very weird and bad experience, I won’t be going back. People in healthcare shouldn’t have giant fake nails, it’s unsanitary.
