Had issue with blood draw for platelets donation. I understand sometimes veins don't cooperate, but both techs very blase' about it. Routine for them, but not so much for us.
Leslie drew me. She was the kindest, most gentle soul. Great stick, but it wasn't just her medical professionalism, it was her story that she shared that made you feel totally comfortable and at ease. Marvelous experience!
Great place with very nice people. Easy to get into with many appointments available. Easy access and parking.
