Professional and first timers are treated very well.
I was afraid seeing all the negative comments on here but my experience was completely different. The staff is very respectful and thankful for the donations. They explained the process as I was a first time donor here. They encourage you to take snacks and drinks. I won't go back unless I am assured they are employing licensed phlebotomy techs. I went in to donate platelets today and left after an aborted, painful experience. This was not the first time. My husband left with a big hematoma after only part of the donation was drawn last time he went to donate blood.
