I donate as frequently as possible, not only because it helps people but because the staff is incredible! They know me by name, they treat everyone so well, the facility is clean and welcoming!
I booked with vitalant mobile and they canceled the blood drive on short notice. They failed to notify me of the cancellation and I ended up driving 40 mns one way and 40mns back home for no reason. A complete waste of my time. I will NOT be using vitalant again. I’m going to Red Cross. It’s a shame because there is a shortage of blood supply and if vitalant just had a little consideration for a persons time they wouldn’t have lost me as a donor
