Had an appointment for the first, they were closed apparently but the automated service took the appointment regardless and the help line didn't work for a call back.
The staff here are always awesome. They are caring, efficient, and cheery.
Rude phone representative named jessica, on the phone. Asked for a blood donation, I said Im ok she said I understand that but there are people who need blood who are not ok. Seriously unprofessional, train your phone reps for customer service because this is not it. Me declining in a respectful way does not mean pressure me to give up blood in a rude distasteful way.
Don't give your phone number ever. They will call you every week, if you are lucky. If you are unlucky you will be spam called 20 times per day.
