I'm only giving a bad review because they have never stopped calling me to request more blood since I donated, even though I asked them to stop. Otherwise, the process was good.
Was going there to donate until I seen 100 cops there. I said out loud, I’m not going on cop day. Minus one star for cops
Disrespectful and uneducated staff. I had an HPV as in human papilloma virus cancer prevention shot within the past 6 months of the time that I went there. And the girl went to go do my iron test and then told me my iron was too low but hadn't even looked at the machine. Then she made me pull up my arms and acted like I was some kind of drug addict checking me for needle marks and whatever else. Had an appointment for the first, they were closed apparently but the automated service took the appointment regardless and the help line didn't work for a call back.
The staff here are always awesome. They are caring, efficient, and cheery.
