Gurjot singh sihdu stopped by my parents place yesterday as my dad was having problems trying to use his portable air machine. Now this fellow had stopped by before and tried explaining everything to my elderly parents once before as well. But i believe that certain key points about proper use were completely forgotten by my father. My mums O2 concentrator stopped working properly. I called Vital Aire and was walked through ways to get it working. I was not able to get it working satisfactorily. I called Vital Aire back told them the concentrator still was not working. I was told that they were going to try and get a replacement to me. With in an hour they had someone coming to bring me a new concentrator, this person was a 3 hour drive away. Gurjot arrived mums house at 11pm and installed the new concentrator. Gurjot Singh Sidhu stopped to service my husbands Oxygen machine. He did a great job. Took just a short time, was polite, explained everything to us to maintain the machine properly. I now realize that I don't need to call for a once a year service which I was about to do. It would be more advantageous though to have an appointment for the service. But it worked out fine. Thanks you for your service.

Amazing young man, with the best ever manners came to our home and set of O2 for my husband. He set up the equipment and explained everything in great detail and made sure both of us understood how the machines worked as well as the care for them. He also made sure my husband’s O2 levels were proper. We are so very grateful. Thank you.

I recently had a young tech service my oxygen equipment from Vitalaire. Gurjot Singh Sidhu is such a pleasant and knowledgeable young man as well as considerate and respectful. It's so good to have these companies who hire such skillful employees.
