I had an annoying, persistent beeping oxygen machine that Mr. Gurjot Singh rectified for me by checking out the existing machine and replacing it (after hours and on a Friday night). He had to drive to Sparwood from Castlegar!! He is an EXCELLENT representative for Vital Air!! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, efficient, answered amyriad of questions and left me with enough supplies to last for a year. My wife is the oxygen user in our household and her oxygen concentrator failed with a warning light on and the alarm beeping on a Saturday. VitalAire dispatched Mr. Gurjot Singh Sidhu, who drove almost 4 hours on a weekend to bring us a replacement unit. We were thoroughly impressed with his happy enthusiasm for his job and his friendly and helpful demeanor. My wife is the user of oxygen in our house. Gurjot Singh Sidhu is the VitalAire technician who came to service our concentrator. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail for us. He has gone out of his way to help us with a special request for a smaller (quieter) concentrator). The service from the VitalAire technician, Gurjot Singh Sidhu, was excellent. He explained everything very thoroughly and had me repeat what he had shown me. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He has even followed up a couple of times with me in the first week. He also researched whether VitalAire had backpack options. I would certainly give a high recommendation for VitalAire to anyone needing oxygen equipment. Thank you for your great customer service.
