Very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to explain and alleviate any concerns I had.
Marlene Singh is a ROCKSTAR... she is very qualified and passionate in what she does... I had a little mix up with my insurance provider and after talking to her she went above and beyond with a very memorable experience to ensure everything is right... I am so looking forward to getting a great sleep tonight... BTW I promise to be more alert next time we meet and I will laugh at your jokes. :-)
