vital air bought out sleeptech. I was a customer/patient of sleeptech When vital air took over I did not receive any information about the buy out. A few years later I realized that my cpap machine was recalled. when I contacted sleeptech (this is when I found out they were bought out) vital air was unhelpful and unwilling to help me with my dream station. It’s been a year since I purchased my AirSense 11 CPAP from this location, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of after sales support. No one followed up to discuss my results, how the device is working, or whether settings need adjustment. For something this expensive, I expected better care not just a push to bill insurance. Very unhappy with the experience. My contact was Amanda.
Be Warned about this Company They exchanged my Philips models with a Dreamstation Philips model that died, became extremely noisy - they said they would have it repaired and offered me a loaner - I wasn't comfortable with a used machine so I purchased and upgraded to a better model - NOT A PHILIPS ! It's now been 8 months - they haven't repaired my original machine - I asked for a refund - they declined - I asked to upgrade using the value of the first machine I bought - they offered me a 20% discount to upgrade and pay anot... read more
