Be Warned about this Company They exchanged my Philips models with a Dreamstation Philips model that died, became extremely noisy - they said they would have it repaired and offered me a loaner - I wasn't comfortable with a used machine so I purchased and upgraded to a better model - NOT A PHILIPS ! I found working with Amanda very helpful when i found out i had sleep apnea. I needed a C pap machine and Amanda explained everything and made the whole experience easy.
