I have found Hanan Boughelam to be very helpful and professional. Hanan is really good at allaying concerns and helping me get over the initial concerns any first time user of the cpap machine has. She is patient and very good at explaining the technology. As a result I am making good progress, and feeling better.

I really appreciate Hanan's kindness, patience, and commitment to her clients. She took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions during visits, and responded to questions by email as well. When I was last in the office, she squeezed in a walk-in from out of province between two appointments by sacrificing her lunch break. She is a caring professional who wants us all to succeed in consistently using these (initially horrible) machines for our own health and well-being.
