While visiting Ottawa, I urgently needed a part (that isn't usually even sold separately), and the lady at the desk went out of her way to "look in the back" to find exactly what I needed. Super friendly, also.
Overall, pleased with staff, but the new desk Person was rude, and argumentative. My PSW had to explain I am sight impaired and to send a letter to my benefits to get urgently a new mask in stock. I tried to speak to management but was instructed that she will give the message to them and have heard nothing back since. One week has passed. Too bad Nikita left. That WAS amazing customer experience. This leaves a bad taste.
