Overall, pleased with staff, but the new desk Person was rude, and argumentative. My PSW had to explain I am sight impaired and to send a letter to my benefits to get urgently a new mask in stock. I tried to speak to management but was instructed that she will give the message to them and have heard nothing back since. One week has passed. Too bad Nikita left. That WAS amazing customer experience. This leaves a bad taste.

An amazing and caring group at vital air. I have been in a view urgent situations and they were extremely helpful and solved them immediately. Highly recommend!
Ordered item in August, still not in stock and checked both with vitalire telephone service and local shop where I ordered it f2f. No record of it being ordered.
