Had a wonderful experience with Joyce and Nikita. Joyce was very thorough when fitting me with the machine and reviewing the operation and cleaning of it. She was organized and prepared. Nikita kindly helped me to register and to facilitate an appointment. I’m pleased to have chosen them as my vendor
The staff at this location are polite and professional. Joyce guided me through the trial and purchase of my first CPAP machine and made the experience about as pleasant as something like that can be. I have no experience with other providers but find it hard to imagine they could be much better than Vital-Aire Ottawa.
Ive been dealing with Vaitalair for oxyge needs since getting out of the hospital last April. They are excellent at their job and go beyond the call for customer service especially my RT Fatima Amarsi she is a credit to her profession. I highly recommend them for all youj respitory needs be it supplemental oxygem, portable, and C-Pap needs. Excellent employees and copany to deal with.
We were extremely happy with the willingness and thoroughness of the receptionist, Monica, to help us navigate the procedure needed to get a new CPAP machine. She was very helpful and courteous and answered all our questions in a friendly manner. I had a broken ankle and she alleviated my concerns about not being able to come to VitalAire in person by setting things up so my wife was able to make the transaction. She was excellent in every way.
