Ordered item in August, still not in stock and checked both with vitalire telephone service and local shop where I ordered it f2f. No record of it being ordered.
i called Vitalaire on saturday evening As my mother‘s oxygen machine was not working properly in less than one hour of Placing my i had Soheil waiting at my mothers front door with a new machine and a big smile!!! He reassured my mother Everything was gonna be OK and he went through with us how to properly set up the new machine and reassured her that everything is fine thank you very much for the wonderful service and the and the care
