Rachel is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have been coming to her for about a year. Due to a severe accident and 4 resulting major surgeries, I have developed significant pain, scar tissue and nerve irritation. After exhausting my options with traditional medicine, my friend suggested I try miofacial massage with Rachel. I am extremely glad that I did! Loved my massage with Rachel yesterday! These plants right out her door make such a nice entry for a great experience. Her room environment and her massage are both such a healing sensory experience, from the nice lighting, warm table, and steamy towels! Her massage techniques are exceptionally therapeutic. Rachel is amazing! I've seen her several times over the past few months for myofascial massage. She has given me relief from constant leg and foot cramps. After my breast cancer diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago, then a double mastectomy, then DIEP flap reconstruction my whole body had developed a lot of tension and tightness from the surgeries and probably the stress of it all too. Rachel has been great at working through a lot of that and it has been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend her!
