So thankful for the awesome service Vital Steps has provided for us when we really needed it. They have provided us with the best caregivers, the cream of the crop. When someone didn't fit right with us, they sent another person. They are very accommodating to our needs. After almost a year with this company, they are still helping us and we are forever grateful to them.
My in-laws were in need of home care unexpectedly so we called Vital Steps Home Care for help. They were quick to help get us in-home services and provided excellent care for our family. I would definitely call again if needed and highly recommend them if you are needing some help.

Vital Steps and their caretakers are wonderful. We had several companies care for my mom and they were all terrible. We expected the same with Vital Steps but they have gone above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The care and communication is excellent. They always respond to texts immediately and also give immediate feedback on my mom, who has Alzheimer’s. Vital Steps and the wonderful caretakers cared for my mother for almost a year and a half. We couldn’t have asked for more from them all. My mother spent her last months being treated like a member of their family, with love and tenderness. We would recommend them highly.
