Laura is wonderful! So welcoming, kind, down to earth and very easy to chat with. She is an expert in the Face Reality program and products which was what I was looking for. Vital Skin Care is my SAVIOR! I've been seeing Laura for 1 year now. I wanted to write a review sooner, but wanted to wait and see how my skin would do after at least 6 months. I didn't struggle with SERIOUS acne, but there was definitely something happening to my skin. Always an amazing experience and the price point is fair for the facility IMO. If it's your first time, just go. The lobby may feel a bit pretentious, but the experience isn't at all. It's basically for people like yourself who just want to go somewhere super relaxing where there's lots of water and peace. Once you're in, they're no schedules or rules, just a peaceful escape.

Was my First time on Saturday. If you want to escape from the world, come here. Its relaxing, Staff is pleasant. Great for groups and couples. I walked out of here feeling very refreshed. Clean too! Massage is also on point.
