Laura is wonderful! So welcoming, kind, down to earth and very easy to chat with. She is an expert in the Face Reality program and products which was what I was looking for. Always an amazing experience and the price point is fair for the facility IMO. If it's your first time, just go. The lobby may feel a bit pretentious, but the experience isn't at all. It's basically for people like yourself who just want to go somewhere super relaxing where there's lots of water and peace. Once you're in, they're no schedules or rules, just a peaceful escape.
