DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. MY BUDDY HAD ONE FOR LESS THEN 5 MONTHS niw and within 2 months his unit was broken into, and most if his stuff taken. After speaking with the owners, (who did not really seem to care), He left it be for a few more months and upon arriving tonight, the ENTIRE DOOR LOCK WAS GONE. UPON ENTRY INTO UNIT, WE DISCOVERED NEEDLES, DRUG BAGGIES, CLOTHES, EMPTY FOOD WRAPPERS AND NUMEROUS other disgusting things inside. I have plenty of pics to prove what I'm saying. DO NOT RENT FROM THE LOCATION ON US-Route 9 in PLATTSBURGH, NY. I have been a customer for less than one month. My unit was broken in to and I had ample amount of valuable and sentimental possessions stolen. Upon meeting with a representative from Vital at my unit, along with the NY State Police who I had called, it was discovered that six other units had been broken in to and I was told there were two other incidents reported very recently.
