I recently had labs done, and my ANA showed positive with a low marker for an autoimmune. My PCP referred me to a BSW Rheumatologist. Not only were her reviews terrible, but her next available appointment was in 6 months. Ridiculous! I was researching Rheumatologists and fortunately, came across Vital Rheumatology. Do not see Dr Robinett. He has no bedside manner at all. And he really isn’t interested in help to guide or direct you in anyway. His bedside manner is the worst I have ever. Really! He actually smirked at me when I told him about my interstitial cystitis as an auto immune disorder. He really creeped me out.
Do NOT see Dr robinette here. I moved here from colorado and was trying to find a new rheumatologist because I've had RA for 20 years now And my flareups have been really bad so I was going into start a new medication. He took my labs and said because my inflammation markers were low that day, but there's no reason to put me on meds and that I may not have RA to begin with because most people grow out of it when they're diagnosed as a child. I had my 1st visit with Vital Rheumatology. I'm 68 and have multiple serious issues, that have been difficult to diagnose. My other providers are concerned about an autoimmune disease, that may be causing the issues. The staff was professional, friendly and kind.
