Terrible customer service!!!!! DO NOT USE them! They never disposed if shred in a timely manner. If you want to speak to a manager or anyone for that matter, good luck! We wanted to cancel our contract & still having issues! We asked several times for them to pick up our 2 large shred boxes a year ago & they still haven’t! AWFULLLLLL
