When I went, there was no one sitting at the reception desk and one lady sitting down filling out something. I didn't know what to do or if I too needed to fill out anything. Then someone appeared out of nowhere at the reception desk and informed me to fill out the paperwork that the woman was filing out, on the 1 and only clipboard.
