Stay far away from them! I have never dealt with such a dysfunctional company. Their billing is a disaster, they will randomly show up extra when not requested just so they can charge you for an extra unnecessary visit. When you call to tell them it wasn't requested and not part of the contract the local office will agree but say they can't do anything you have to call the national office. The national office will not do any adjustments.
Edit to say: Before changing management and/or having to hire and train new people, it was a rough several months. During their transition I had a lot of shred I needed picked up and it was really jamming me up. We have now had dependable and prompt service weekly for six weeks and it looks like it will continue.* We had off and on service for months. They'd never answer calls or emails. Horrible people to deal with.
We had off and on service for months. They'd never answer calls or emails. Recently was told that they would pick up regularly every Tuesday after hiring new staff. Started off by picking up a few days late, then picked up a couple days later on the date they were supposed to, annoying but at least we got a pick up. This week it looks like we are back to being skipped and nobody answers the phone.
VRC did not service our offices for 3 months. I contacted them about the issue and was informed all of their drivers were unexpectedly out for that period of time. They offered to credit our account for those 3 months. We received one month of credit and then normal billing resumed. I have been trying to get someone at their office to answer the phone or respond to my emails for over 3 weeks, and I have heard from no one. We will be cancelling our service with this company ASAP!
