drivers are very good, but company tripled their fees with no notice, and keeps trying to charge for services that were terminated a month ago. I do not recommend using them.
Be aware of long-term contracts and strict auto-renewal clauses when working with this company! Our medical office had a contract with Vital Records Control for document shredding services. When the initial contract term was ending, we notified the company that we did not intend to renew. Despite providing notice before the expiration date, the company is attempting to enforce a 36-month automatic renewal based on a strict 60-day notice requirement, which was never clearly communicated as the contract approached expiration. ... read more
