Whoever Aileen is was very rude she yelled at me and canceled my account on the company behalf because of misinterpretation of the time . My appointment was for 1:10pm I took an extended lunch break to be on the call 15 minutes prior this is unacceptable for someone who suffers from depression and just trying to get medication!! Then blocked me from all numbers I don’t recommend this business
