Fairness from the cell leader. I worked there in the home assembly positions for 22 years, and loved every minute of it, until Ashley became my cell leader, she was unfair in her likes and dislikes. I usually got the overnight parts etc, and then one day she started picking on my parts. Tammy told , in one of our meetings how almost everyone got undone parts or parts done wrong.
