I highly recommned Stephanie if you need support navigiating the body chaos of perimenpause/menopause. We don't have to suffer through this ladies- there are plenty of options for symptom management and long term wellness. Stephanie is a great guide through this transition!
Stephanie is amazing! She's so knowledgeable about perimenopause and how the physical, mental, and emotional effects can be mitigated. She's responsive and thoughtful and offers plenty of options for dealing with various perimenopause symptoms. I've never had a medical professional ask so many questions, listen to me so intently.
